Yes — Panama is one of Central America's best-kept surf secrets. Pacific side: Santa Catalina (world-class waves, Mar-Nov), Playa Venao (beginners, year-round), Playa Cambutal. Caribbean side: Playa Bluff in Bocas del Toro (Dec-Mar). Warm 26-28°C water year-round, moderate crowds.
Pacific side: April to October (rainy season = big SW swells). Caribbean (Bocas del Toro): December to March (dry season = N swells). In Jan-Feb, Pacific is flat — head to Bocas. Best months to mix flat-to-expert: April-May and September-October.
