This policy details our refund commitments for digital guides (Gumroad) and consulting services (Lemon Squeezy, Merchant of Record). It meets and exceeds the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
1. Digital guides (Gumroad)
14 days, no questions asked.
Even though EU law permits a waiver of the right of withdrawal once you start downloading a digital product, we have chosen to maintain a 14-day refund window for every Gumroad e-book. If the guide does not meet your expectations:
- email conseil@insidepanama.com with your Gumroad order number;
- or use the “Request a refund” button directly from your Gumroad receipt.
The refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
2. Consulting (Lemon Squeezy)

3. Procedure
Send an email to conseil@insidepanama.com including:
- the email address used at purchase;
- the Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad order number;
- the offer concerned;
- a brief reason (optional but appreciated, to help us improve).
Reply within 48 business hours. Approved refund within 5 to 10 business days via Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad to the original payment method.
4. Exceptions
- Bookings made with our affiliates (Wise, Skyscanner, SafetyWing, etc.): refunds are governed by the partner’s policy, not by Inside Panama. We can help you escalate to the partner.
- Documented misuse: serial refund requests on the same offer may be declined.
5. Statutory rights
This policy adds to and does not replace the statutory rights you may hold in your country of residence (notably the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU/UK, and consumer-protection rights in California, Canada, Australia, etc.). To exercise the EU/UK statutory right, you may also use the model withdrawal form and send it to conseil@insidepanama.com.
