- Bus
- MiBus "Amador" line from Terminal Nacional Albrook (rare, unreliable).
- Uber / InDriver
- $5-8 from Bella Vista, $8-12 from Punta Pacífica, $20-25 from Tocumen airport.
- On foot
- Not walkable from the center. Once on the causeway, walk/cycle freely.
- Parking
- Free parking at the islands (Naos, Perico) in the morning, tight on weekends. Roadside parking along the causeway tolerated.

- Bring water: few public fountains, restaurants charge for bottles
- Sunscreen + cap mandatory: zero shade on the 6 km
- Bike: rent at the entrances (not on the causeway itself)
- Marina restaurants: tourist prices. For affordable, hit the Mercado de Mariscos before or after
- Check the weather: causeway can be rainy May-November (wet season)
